Shipping policy
Delivery
Australian delivery only, via Australia Post. We do not offer shipping outside Australia. Estimated shipping time for Standard Shipping 3-9 Business Days and 2-6 Business Days for Express Post. Varies depending on State and location*. *See Australia Post timetable here . Standard delivery is Free, and Express Shipping is $15.
Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that the shipment is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at contactus@orivet.com and we will get things sorted. Please take pictures of damaged shipment and notify the courier bringing you the package that it has been damaged.
Cancellation and Returns
Returns are accepted 14 days from the delivery. Unfortunately, when your order has entered the shipping process, cancellation of the shipment or changes to the order (e.g. amount of products or the shipping address) are no longer possible. However, you can cancel the purchase for 14 days after the order date, and once your order arrives, return unused products within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. However, we can charge shipping and handling fees if your order is already processed and cannot be cancelled anymore. Shipping and handling fees will be reduced from the final amount refunded to you. You will get your refund after we receive your return on cancelled order.
You can return new, unused product within 14 days from the delivery at your own cost. Please contact our customer service if you want to cancel or return your order: contactus@orivet.com
Refusing the delivery or not picking up the delivery is not accepted as a return.
All returns are shipped to: Orivet Genetic Pet Care, PO Box 110, St Kilda, Victoria 3182 Australia. Shipment must clearly state the sender's name and marked as "Customer Return".
