General

These terms and conditions are of use of belly-labs.com web service (referred to hereinafter as the Service Provider) owned by Bellylabs Oy (referred to hereinafter as the “we” “us” or “our”).

We reserve the right to make changes to our webshop and these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting on this website, without any other notice. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ordering

Ordering is possible online at any time and does not require registration. After placing the order, you will receive order confirmation email.

Service Provider reserves the right to reject any order in its sole discretion.

Online store is intended for private individuals, vat taxes are included where applicable.


Customer Responsibilities

The customer warrants to the Service Provider that the information he/she provides during the ordering process (and any notification of change of such information) is true and correct.


Prices

Payments are made in Australian dollars (AUD $), and the final price is shown at the checkout. We only deliver to Australia.

The shop includes the GST (Goods and Services Tax) percentage in the prices, as the Service Provider is based in Australia. All our Australian customers will pay the same price, regardless of the GST percentage.

For orders outside of Australia, please note that the order total price does not include possible taxes and duties. The recipient from outside of Australia is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.


Payments

Payments are delivered via trusted partners in Shopify Payments and PayPal. We accept credit cards and PayPal payments.


Delivery

AU only and Free shipping Standard and Express Shipping $15 additional. Named Carriers.


Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that the shipment is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at contactus@orivet.com and we will get things sorted. Please take pictures of damaged shipment and notify the courier bringing you the package that it has been damaged.


Cancellation and Returns

Returns are accepted 14 days from the delivery. Unfortunately, when your order has entered the shipping process, cancellation of the shipment or changes to the order (e.g. amount of products or the shipping address) are no longer possible. However, you can cancel the purchase for 14 days after the order date, and once your order arrives, return unused products within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. However, we can charge shipping and handling fees if your order is already processed and cannot be cancelled anymore. Shipping and handling fees will be reduced from the final amount refunded to you. You will get your refund after we receive your return on cancelled order.

You can return new, unused product within 14 days from the delivery at your own cost. Please contact our customer service if you want to cancel or return your order: contactus@orivet.com

PLEASE NOTE that refusing the delivery, not paying the customs fees, or not picking up the delivery is not accepted as a return.

All returns are shipped to: Orivet Genetic Pet Care, PO Box 110, St Kilda Victoria 3182, Australia. Shipment must clearly state the sender's name and marked as "Customer Return".

Service Provider grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site, and not to download, except where specifically invited (as user instructions), nor to duplicate, sell or modify, any portion of this site without express written authorization from the Service Provider.
